There is no warranty whatsoever on the products and services offered.
Payment terms
The rental fee is payable within 7 days of the goods being returned. Beneficiary:

Late payment fee and default interest
If the outstanding amount is not paid within the payment period, a late payment fee may be charged. A late payment fee of CHF 40 will be charged starting with the second reminder. In addition, default interest of 10% will be charged from the due date.
Liability
DiniBoxx disclaims all liability in connection with the rented equipment. This includes, in particular, damage to transported goods, damage caused by the use of the equipment, and injuries to third parties. Any further liability, especially regarding potential loss of earnings, is excluded.

Legal information
